Greetings! My name is Jim Willis, and I’ve proudly called the Mohave Valley home since 2010, following my retirement from the San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Department. I served 28 years in law enforcement in California, and after retiring, I continued my passion for helping others by becoming a private investigator. Later, drawing on my experience as a Deputy Coroner, I spent three more years working with the Clark County Coroner’s Office.

I hold degrees in both Administration of Justice and Psychology, and I am certified by the American Board of Medicolegal Investigators. Throughout my career, my focus has always been on serving and supporting people in meaningful ways.

After a personal experience navigating my own retirement insurance, I realized just how confusing and overwhelming our healthcare system can be—especially for those over 65. I saw firsthand that many people were spending hundreds, sometimes thousands, more than necessary for coverage that didn’t truly meet their needs. That inspired me to become an independent Insurance Broker, dedicated to helping individuals find the right policies at the most affordable prices.

My mission is simple: to make the process easier, clearer, and more cost-effective for every client I serve.
